Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager II to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement, project controls and construction activities. The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, developing initial schedules, and contributing to value engineering and risk assessments.

Travel up to 50% may be required. The candidate will collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction project experience, including planning, estimating, bidding, scheduling, cost control, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assist in developing initial project schedule with engineering and procurement teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedules for PM review.
• Support safety planning and incident reporting with Safety personnel.
• Assist PM with monthly project reviews and financial closeouts.
• Support RFI submissions using QISG document management system.
• Provide feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
