Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Houston seeks a Project Manager II to lead design-build/EPC projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management teams. You will manage prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders, ensure safety, quality and environmental standards, and report on project performance.

The role requires 8+ years in construction PM, DB/EPC exposure, and a bachelor's in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience managing prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Oversees engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management activities.
• Administers prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; audits progress and payments.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across projects.
• Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets and reporting; tracks progress.
