Intel Foundry Automation - Government Programs is seeking a seasoned Silicon Design Automation Engineer with strong TFM, EDA tool support, and PDK experience for external foundry customers. The role covers installation, maintenance, and support of the design environment and compute resources, with collaboration across EC, PDK, and design teams.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is required.
BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2–3+ years in design tools and flows.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and support the design environment, tools, flows and licenses.
Provide technical support for Intel PDK and collateral.
Resolve tool/methodology issues toward TapeOut readiness.
Collaborate with PDK/library, flow teams and product design teams.
Create automation for installation of PDks, EDA tools and licenses.
