Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking senior Design Experts to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems across rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaboration. You will work remotely on both Vibecoding and Design tracks, delivering high-quality prototypes, design specs, and usability analyses.

We value demonstrated expertise over formal credentials and expect strong portfolios of shipped work. Flexible scheduling and contractor engagement with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise are available.

Qualifications

• No formal credential required; demonstrated expertise and shipped work valued.
• Senior-level product judgment and design leadership are important.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and vibecoding desired.
• Portfolio of shipped designs or AI-enabled workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic rapid prototyping scenarios covering design systems and collaboration.
• Develop tasks involving AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit.
• Create Design-track tasks using Figma, Framer, prototyping tools, and design-system platforms.
• Apply prompt-driven development, human-centered design, and rapid prototyping methods.
• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specs, and usability reports.
• Develop rubrics that differentiate senior-level product judgment from templates.
• Collaborate on task refinement and evaluation standards.
