Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks senior Design Experts to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems across rapid prototyping, product design, and human–AI collaboration. You may contribute to Vibecoding and Design tracks, developing tasks with Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit using Figma and Framer.

No formal credentials required; demonstrated shipped work and expertise are highly valued. Fully remote engagement with flexible scheduling and project-varied durations.

Qualifications

• Senior product design and UX/UI expertise with shipped work preferred.
• Experience creating rubrics, evaluation frameworks, or training materials is a plus.
• Strong portfolio of shipped product designs or AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic evaluation tasks for AI systems in rapid prototyping and design spaces.
• Develop tasks using AI coding tools and design prototyping platforms.
• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specs, and usability reports.
• Develop detailed rubrics that differentiate senior product judgment from templates.
