Qualifications

• Senior Product Designer or AI-native engineer with 5+ years of experience.
• Shipped product designs, design systems, or AI-assisted workflows preferred.
• Portfolio of shipped work highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic evaluation tasks for rapid prototyping, design systems, and product-design‑engineering collaboration.
• Develop tasks involving AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit).
• Create Design-track tasks using Figma, Framer, prototyping tools, and design-system platforms.
• Apply prompt-driven development, human-centered design, heuristics, and rapid prototyping methods.
• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specs, and usability reports.
• Develop rubrics that distinguish senior-level judgment from template work.
• Collaborate on task refinement and evaluation standards.
