Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a health science (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, APP) or equivalent.
• Senior MSL I: 2+ years of direct MSL experience.
• MSL: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to reside in the Seattle or Portland area.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal, presentation, and teaching skills.
• HCIR credentialing requirements compliance to enter facilities.
• Ability to learn and convey clinical and non-clinical information effectively.
• Ability to engage audiences and tailor messages.

Aufgaben

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with thought leaders, academic centers, and researchers in the assigned area.
• Present scientific information and education to healthcare professionals across the product lifecycle.
• Support research initiatives with AbbVie R&D, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs.
• Prepare the marketplace in new therapeutic areas of interest and foster AbbVie presence in the medical community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and commercial partners to execute objective-aligned account plans.
• Serve as a medical/scientific resource to healthcare providers and answer unsolicited questions.
• Provide ongoing training to medical affairs, field sales, and internal personnel.
• Apply strategic segmentation and optimize resource use.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and document interactions and expenses.
