Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager II to drive initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex clinical trials. This role coordinates resources to meet budgets, scope, and timelines, serving as the main liaison to sponsors and stakeholders.

You will influence feasibility, design, budgeting, and progress reporting while ensuring adherence to SOPs, GCP/ICH, and regulatory standards across global Phase I–III trials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in clinical trial project management
• 3+ years in Phase I-III PM
• Experience in dermatology and/or rheumatology trials is a plus
• Experience leading multi-site trials with budgets > $3M

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor and provide updates on trial progress
• Plan and oversee deliverables including study plans, protocol, eCRF, TLFs and reports
• Ensure site readiness and manage start-up activities and budgeting
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Data Management to meet timelines
• Lead project team and coordinate cross-functional tasks across departments
