Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or finance.
• Progressive years of financial services work experience; derivatives operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team.
• Ability to recognize and escalate high-risk items to minimize loss.
• Innovate to improve operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel; training across OSs.

Responsibilities

• Support operational activities for traded derivatives: confirmations, lifecycle events, margin calls, and collateral transfers.
• Research and resolve variances; be the first point of contact for business partners.
• Support tactical, strategic, and regulatory projects for derivatives capabilities.
• Assist in developing and reviewing departmental policies and procedures.
• Test and automate processes and workflows in a dynamic environment.
