Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or finance.
• Progressive years of financial services work experience; derivatives operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team daily to share responsibilities.
• Ability to recognize and elevate high-risk items to minimize loss to Fidelity.
• Innovation to improve operational processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Word/Excel) and ability to train on multiple OS.
• Completing trade confirmations and lifecycle events for derivatives.
• Executing daily margin calls and settlement of collateral with brokers/dealers.
• Providing reporting to internal and external partners.
• Escalating problems that could impact daily operations.
• Assisting in development/review of policies and procedures.
• Testing and automating workflows in a evolving environment.
