Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Derivatives Analyst in Texas to support trade confirmations, lifecycle events, and collateral management across Fidelity's derivatives programs. You will report to the Derivatives Manager and collaborate with the team to resolve variances and respond to business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance as a minimum requirement.

• Collateral management or middle office experience.

• Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Complete trade confirmations and lifecycle events for derivatives.
• Execute daily margin calls and settle collateral with broker-dealers and custodian banks.
• Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support tactical, strategic, and regulatory projects for derivatives capabilities.
