Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead DER, energy efficiency, electrification, resilience, and decarbonization projects for commercial and industrial clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations, and external partners, with onsite work from our New Jersey location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with electrical systems background.
• 7–10 years of DER and renewable energy project experience.
• Experience developing projects valued from $5M to $50M+.
• Strong commercial, financial, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DER opportunities including solar PV, storage, microgrids, CHP, EV charging, and energy efficiency.
• Develop feasibility studies, energy modeling, audits, and proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, savings, and economics.
• Build financial models and pro formas for EPC, PPA, leases, and hybrid structures.
• Transition awarded projects to execution while maintaining customer continuity.
