Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead and grow advanced national-security technology programs supporting DoD and IC customers. You will report to a Program/Portfolio Director and oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer relationships for assigned programs.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, 10+ years of experience including 5+ years leading programs, and strong program-financial management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience including at least 5 years leading programs for DoD/IC customers.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs and contracts.
• Experience with program financial performance including revenue, margin, forecasts, and EAC.
• Experience with systems development, integration, production, sustainment, or mission-support programs.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition environments and various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ).
• Ability to translate customer needs into executable, fundable work.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive briefing skills.
