Job summary

CA C I International Inc. in Jessup, MD is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead execution and growth of advanced national-security programs for DoD/IC customers.

You will report to a Program/Portfolio Director and own cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer relationships on assigned programs. The successful candidate will translate customer needs into executable work, manage program finances, and identify risks early.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility at start.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience, including at least five leading programs for DoD/IC.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar programs and financials.
• Knowledge of federal contracting types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ).
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with leadership.

• Lead execution and growth of national-security programs for DoD/IC customers.
• Be accountable for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer relationships.
• Translate customer needs into executable and fundable work with clear milestones.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions to recovery.
