The portfolio includes research and development, product development, systems integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and mission support activities.

The successful candidate will be more than an administrative program manager. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and is onsite in Jessup, MD.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility at the time of hire.
  • Ten or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least five years leading programs, projects, or major technical workstreams for Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for a multimillion‑dollar program, contract or task order.
  • Experience managing program financial performance, including revenue, margin, forecasts, estimates at completion, staffing, funding, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing technical development, systems integration, production sustainment, or mission‑support programs.
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting environments, including experience with one or more contract types such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, or task‑order contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with government customers and communicate effectively with senior customer and company leadership.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams containing technical, operational, contractual, and financial personnel.
  • Ability to organize ambiguous or evolving customer requirements into structured plans, assigned responsibilities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, written communication, and executive‑briefing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify deteriorating program conditions, develop corrective‑action plans, and lead teams through recovery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and program scheduling or collaboration tools.
  • Project Management Professional certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Desired
  • Experience supporting classified research, development, engineering, production, or fielding programs.
  • Experience in one or more relevant mission areas, including RF systems, electronic warfare, SIGINT, communications, advanced electronics, cyber, sensing, or tactical mission systems.
  • Experience moving technology from prototype development through qualification, production, deployment, or operational sustainment.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community, USSOCOM, military‑service, or other national‑security customers.
  • Experience leading hardware, software, firmware, and systems-engineering activities within a common program structure.
  • Experience developing proposals, white papers, rough‑order‑of‑magnitude estimates, bases of estimate, and contract‑growth strategies.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Deltek, or similar program‑management and financial systems.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certification.
