CACI International Inc is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee program leadership, schedule, cost, risk management, and execution across complex intelligence programs.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, funding management, staffing planning, and coordination with contracts, finance, HR, and operations to sustain mission success. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, operations management or related field.
• Post-baccalaureate certificates in leadership or operational excellence are beneficial.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or financial management.
• Experience with OCONUS financials (SOFA, foreign taxation).
• Experience with DOD IC organizations.
• Experience with complex CLIN structures and multiple funding types (FFO).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program leadership including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and execution.
• Assist with staffing planning, resource allocation, and funding management.
• Coordinate with contracts, finance, HR, subcontract management, and operations.
• Provide financial and operational guidance to optimize cost efficiency and mission outcomes.
• Support contract modifications, pricing actions, and funding alignment.
