• Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
• Current Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience managing personnel, schedules, risks, issues, and contract deliverables.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily contract performance and program management activities.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, assignments, and resources.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, performance, and deliverables.
• Maintain risk, issue, action-item, and decision trackers.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Coordinate meetings with Government stakeholders.
• Support transition, onboarding, workforce retention, and continuity planning.
• Identify performance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as alternate program lead when required.
