This role leads complex commercial, project development, financing, and strategic transactions from structuring to negotiation and implementation. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams across legal, finance, accounting, operations and engineering, with a background in utility-scale power projects, EPC, PPAs, tax

Qualifications

• At least 10–15 years in complex commercial, energy, infrastructure or project finance matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction and project agreements.
• Ability to translate technical and financial issues for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate utility-scale power agreements and related commercial contracts.
• Lead project development, financing, tax equity, and structured financing matters.
• Manage cross-functional teams across legal, finance, accounting, and operations.
