Job summary

O2EPCM, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Building Inspector in Los Angeles to support LAWA’s Capital Improvement Program. You will maintain daily inspection reports, review payment requests, and ensure strict adherence to building codes across multiple projects.

Required LADBS Deputy Licenses, Cal-OSHA 30-hour training within 4 years, and a LAWA SIDA badge prior to start. Ability to work day, swing, or night shifts as schedules dictate.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess LADBS Deputy Licenses in multiple disciplines.
• Cal-OSHA 30-hour training completed within last 4 years.
• LAWA SIDA badge required before start.
• Shift flexibility to meet construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily inspection reports detailing who, what, when, where and how of activities.
• Assist in reviewing monthly progress payment requests when assigned.
• Track changes, verify time and material work, measure and document quantities.
• Conduct special inspections across various disciplines.
• Apply knowledge of construction methods to ensure code compliance.
