Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Depot Operations leader to guide multi‑shift facilities leadership. You will manage safety, labor relations and performance while driving customer satisfaction and profitability across Port of Houston operations and adjacent sites.

You will collaborate with global product leaders, manage regulatory compliance and optimize asset utilization, ensuring consistent operational KPIs and revenue growth in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, environmental and wellness measures to meet industry obligations.
• Drive customer relations across facilities operations to build trust and grow business.
• Scale operations at the Maersk/CMCA site and nearby facilities to meet global standards.
• Ensure recruitment, training and strong labor relations within the team.
• Maintain fiscal discipline, margins, asset use and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management.
