The role sits on the Card Allowance team producing quarterly expectations for expected lifetime credit losses, affecting P&L. You will work with accounting/finance, risk, and business teams to build robust forecasts and present to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 3+ years quantitative analysis and 3+ years qualitative analysis.
• Minimum 1 year people management and 1 year project management.
• Preferred: Master's degree and 5+ years in quantitative/qualitative analysis; 2+ years product development and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Own a business segment with strategic planning horizon 1-6 months.
• Lead and develop analysts, coaching and mentoring.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, lead product-level analytics.
• Drive direct-to-consumer marketing insights for new customer experiences.
• Translate drivers of future credit trends into risk models and forecasts.
• Coordinate across lines of business to deliver against product strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service, profitability.
• Communicate decisions with executive stakeholders and maintain governance.
