Job summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a senior-level analytics professional to analyze the bank's deposit portfolio and market data to inform growth strategies. You will work with the Product Management team and key partners across Data Management, Finance, Retail Administration, Marketing, Technology and Treasury to drive analytics initiatives.

The role emphasizes independent decision making, creative problem solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements while delivering actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
6+ years analytics in financial services, banking a plus.
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
Experience creating dashboards with PowerBI.
Experience creating insightful analytics and proactive improvements.
Proficiency with analytics/data tools (SQL, R, PowerBI, Excel).
Excellent organization and ability to adapt to changing requirements and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and analytics reports on deposit portfolio performance and related topics.
Develop deep analytical insights and new models to optimize the deposit portfolio.
Create business cases for deposit initiatives (new products, pricing, enhancements).
Support data enhancement initiatives with Data Management.
