Job summary

Climate First Bank seeks a skilled Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist to keep daily deposit processes running smoothly. You will handle ACH, wires, RDC, and card activity, ensuring accurate posting and exception resolution while contributing to a system conversion project.

You will work with a seasoned operations team, bring structure to fast-paced workflows, and support Treasury Management setup and customer training. This role offers a remote work arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior deposit operations experience; banking deposit operations background is a plus.
• High attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability during core system conversions and fast-changing operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non-post items accurately and on time.
• Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely and accurate transaction posting.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and customer support, including ACH, Positive Pay, Wire, RDC, and Lockbox.
