Job summary

Climate First Bank seeks a Deposit Operations Advanced Specialist to keep daily transaction processing running smoothly. You will handle ACH, RDC, wires, card activity, and NSF/non-post items, while supporting the upcoming system conversion.

Collaborate with a seasoned operations team to ensure accurate posting and customer-focused service. Ideal candidates bring deposit operations experience, familiarity with Jack Henry core systems, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior deposit operations experience; banking deposit operations background is a plus.
• Experience with ACH, wires, RDC, card activity, and NSF/non-post items is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry core systems (Phoenix or SilverLake) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH, RDC, wires, card transactions, corrections, NSF and non-post items accurately and on time.
• Review, investigate, and resolve exceptions while ensuring timely posting.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide backup support for Treasury Management setup, customer training, and customer support.
