Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Deposit Ops Specialist IV to serve as a primary contact for resolving complex operational issues within the Ally Bank. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, risk minimization, and compliance with statutes and requirements.

You will handle in-depth transactions, reviews, and audits, collaborating with teams to implement policy improvements that prevent future account issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial services preferred.
• Bachelor Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint
• 0+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for various in-depth transactions, reviews and audits in the Bank.
• The role must ensure a high level of customer service and process decisions while minimizing risk to Ally Bank.
• The must compile with all statutes and requirements.
• This role recommends procedure/policy changes needed to avoid/reduce future new account issues.
