Qualifications

• Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience using Python for analytics and data workflows
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud services (Snowflake and AWS)
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytics and responsible generative AI techniques to improve reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, or business intelligence
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, translate requirements into analytical deliverables, and communicate actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support
• Produce product performance reporting, including KPIs and KRIs, with clear definitions and documentation
• Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to senior stakeholders
• Deliver tailored analyses to answer complex questions and support strategic decision-making
• Automate recurring reporting processes and apply disciplined source control and documentation practices
• Support production reporting environments by troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement
