Job summary

GRiT is seeking a Senior Harvest Technician to lead deployment operations across the full software lifecycle. You will build and automate release pipelines, plan deployments, and perform post-deployment health checks to ensure smooth rollouts.

Responsibilities include maintaining development, pre-production, and production environments and supporting internal and third-party servers. The role requires a senior background in software change and configuration management, deep lifecycle knowledge,

Qualifications

• Senior background in software change and configuration management.
• Solid command of software lifecycle management.
• Understanding development lifecycle from build to operations.
• Creative approach to automation and eliminating repetitive tasks.
• Troubleshooting of build tool issues.
• Diagnosis of software/hardware configuration problems.
• Configuration of build, test and deploy stages.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Rigor, organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Combined view of infrastructure and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment procedures across development to production environments.
• Build, promote and distribute automation; plan releases with deployment plans.
• Post-deployment health checks and roll-out follow-up.
