Job summary

Grid Dynamics is looking for a skilled engineer to drive delivery, DevOps, and SRE practices across client teams. The role combines coding, automation, and infrastructure work to accelerate software releases and improve resilience.

You will collaborate with scalable engineering squads, containerize apps, and modernize deployments while advancing security and observability practices aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Java, TDD and production-grade code delivery.
• Strong framework experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management (Ansible).
• Deep understanding of automated testing strategies and AI-assisted testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on technical interventions with dev teams to accelerate safe releases.
• Build robust automated test suites and data sourcing/masking strategies.
• Design and implement automated Continuous Delivery pipelines and database migrations (Liquibase).
• Containerize applications and upgrade runtimes/frameworks; enable local testing.
• Manage dependency updates and implement secrets management and security controls.
• Standardize logging, observability, and resilient multi-datacenter deployments.
• Improve branch management, code review workflows, and cross-team source control.
