Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami seeks an Analyst, Deployment Planning to optimize deployment and automate tools, building scalable data solutions for faster, more informed decisions.

You will partner with Data Science, Revenue Management, OBR, Deployment, and other internal teams to design dashboards, develop Python/SQL workflows, integrate multi-source data, and deliver reliable datasets supporting development project business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL required, with demonstrated ability to build analytical tools and automate workflows.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance automation tools for deployment planning.
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations for deployment performance and planning.
• Use Python, SQL, and reporting platforms to automate analyses and deliver scalable data solutions.
