Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Deployment Planning to join the Corporate Deployment and Itinerary Planning team, reporting to the Director, Corporate Deployment, PMO & Operations. The role is onsite in Miami and offers exposure to senior management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop competitive analyses, own data pipelines, and deliver insights enterprise-wide to support deployment and itinerary planning across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, data analytics, business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience supporting technical projects and leading process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau and project management software.
• Cruise industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic AS400 and Hyperion knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute competitive and ad hoc analyses and memos for senior levels.
• Partner with stakeholders to design new ad hoc analyses for the analytics roadmap.
• Own design and implementation of deployment- and pricing-related competitive tools.
• Oversee data pipelines, ensure accuracy, and scale reporting capacity.
• Measure forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement for insights.
• Build cross-functional relationships to document processes and requirements.
• Lead projects, balance priorities, and keep initiatives on budget and schedule.
• Outline business requirements and lead rollout of long-term initiatives.
• Document ways of working and develop training materials for stakeholders.
