Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Deployment Planning to join the Corporate Deployment team in Miami, FL. The role focuses on building and delivering competitive insights to inform deployment and itinerary planning across multiple brands.

You will own analytics, data validation, and tool development in collaboration with stakeholders from Revenue Management, IT, Strategy, and Operations to optimize deployment decisions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience supporting technical projects and leading process improvement efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and ability to connect with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerBI (or Tableau), and project management software.
• Cruise industry knowledge and/or experience preferred; process improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute competitive and ad hoc analyses and memos for senior audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and add analyses to the analytics roadmap.
• Own design and implementation of deployment- and pricing-related competitive intelligence tools.
• Validate data pipelines and automate recurring analyses to scale reporting.
• Measure forecasts and models, driving continuous improvement for senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects and standardize processes across the organization.
