Delta Dental of Washington seeks a Senior Dental Director to lead the provider network strategy and drive improved outcomes aligned with business and access goals.

You will oversee a team, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure robust provider experience across internal and external stakeholders. Excellent leadership and strategic execution are essential in this hybrid, Seattle-based role.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington dentistry license in good standing.
• 12+ years of related experience with leadership exposure.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee the long‑term provider strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Lead interfaces with provider panels and chair advisory groups.
• Direct all aspects of provider network development, recruitment, and retention.
• Analyze the network to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Oversee provider contract development and revisions across networks.
• Partner with underwriting/actuarial on provider reimbursement strategies.
• Build strategic relationships with dental partners and health plans.
• Provide clinical expertise and liaison across internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop Provider Relations and Provider Experience teams.
