Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state of Washington, maintained in good standing.
• 12+ years of related experience, including 810 years of clinical practice and prior leadership or management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the long-term provider strategy with stakeholders.
• Lead MAP and Member Nominating Panel coordination.
• Direct provider network development, recruitment, and retention.
• Analyze the network to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Oversee provider contract development and revisions.
• Partner with Underwriting and Actuarial on provider reimbursement strategies.
• Develop strategic relationships with dental partners, vendors, DD Plans Association and associations.
• Provide clinical expertise and liaison to provider partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Provider Relations and Provider Experience teams.
• Employ workflow management and strategic staff deployment.
• Ensure all network and contracting activities comply with standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
