Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to lead its on-site dental laboratory operations in Cary, NC. The role targets professionals skilled in removable and implant-supported prosthetics with strong leadership abilities.

You will oversee technical training, quality standards, and the adoption of new products and technologies while collaborating with clinical and management teams to ensure superb esthetic restorations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fabricating dentures and dental prosthetics from start to finish.
• Expert knowledge of complete dentures, overdentures, full-arch hybrid restorations, and implant-based restorative techniques.
• Strong understanding of dental science, oral anatomy, occlusion, function, and dental esthetics.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of complete denture fabrication and dental laboratory procedures, including setting teeth, wax-up, denture festooning, carving, finishing, repairs and adjustments, and model handling.
• Fabricate dentures and dental prosthetics accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
• Provide hands-on technical training, coaching, and development for dental laboratory technicians.
• Cross-train laboratory team members in all areas of dental laboratory production.
• Support the implementation of new dental laboratory products, technologies, techniques, and processes.
• Maintain OSHA protocols, laboratory safety standards, and infection-control practices.
