Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on technical dental laboratory experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical supervision or laboratory management capacity.
• Significant experience fabricating dentures and dental prosthetics from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and supervisory operations of the on-site dental laboratory.
• Provide hands-on technical training, coaching, and development for technicians.
• Cross-train staff and implement new lab products, technologies, and processes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and infection-control practices.
