Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff in the Fixed Department, optimizing staffing and safety.
• Ensure product quality and profitable unit sales growth within the department.
• Maintain QA standards and resolve quality problems; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with General Manager and other departments to meet lab productivity goals.
• Schedule and conduct team meetings; evaluate performance and implement improvement plans.
• Handle customer service issues and coordinate with other Apex labs as needed.
