Job summary

Discovery Dental Studio in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Crown and Bridge Dental Laboratory Technician. This full-time, on-site role requires real expertise in fixed prosthetic fabrication, tooth morphology, and CAD/CAM design.

Qualifications

Crown and Bridge Dental Laboratory Technician

Dental Lab Seeking Experienced C&B Dental Technician

Reputable dental laboratory in Wilmington, NC is in search of a real dental technician to join our team. Candidate must have experience and thorough understanding of fixed prosthetic fabrication, tooth morphology, and function. Although this opportunity has exponential room for growth, it is NOT an entry level or trainee position. Minimum two years experience required in hands-on fabrication, as well as proficiency with CAD/CAM design and processes.

The primary function for this position will be independent production- designing restorations and taking them to their final finished state. We are a small lab, so more involvement in the fabrication process will be expected. Designing crowns, nesting, milling, green stage zirconia finishing, sintering, fitting, staining and glazing will be expected. Opportunities to learn more complex skills and processes are plentiful for the ideal and motivated candidate.

This is a full-time, on-site position Monday-Friday in a dental laboratory. Must be legally able to work in the United States and commute to and from work. Salary to commensurate with experience/ skill/ productivity. Hands-on evaluation will be required to complete the interview process and determine candidate’s capabilities.
