Job summary

Marquette University seeks a Senior Dental Informatics Process Analyst to lead analysis and improvement of clinical, administrative, and imaging workflows across the university's dental clinics. You will map processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and translate needs into testable requirements for aXium, MiPACS, Dolphin, and related systems.

You will collaborate with clinic leads, faculty, staff, residents, and students, owning discovery through training and adoption while coordinating

Qualifications

Progressive BA experience with process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management across technical and clinical audiences.
Experience in academic dental clinics or educational clinical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Observe clinics to understand clinical, administrative, and imaging workflows.
Map current-state processes and identify root causes of inefficiency and safety gaps.
Lead requirements sessions, create BA deliverables, and define change needs.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for feasibility and alignment.
Develop training materials and deliver go-live support.
