Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• One year experience as cashier/receptionist in a dental facility.
• Bilingual preferred based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinic coverage as outlined in the Dental Care Coordinator role.
• Communicate administrative, clerical, billing, and performance issues to management.
• Verify insurances and ensure payable amounts are collected.
• Manage patient flow and appointments with staff coordination.
• Register patients and update insurance information in the system.
