Acushnet Company is seeking a Senior Planner for Demand Planning & Procurement in Fairhaven, MA. You will drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement, partnering with Sales, Product Management, and factory teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

You will analyze data, manage POs, and support launches and seasonal initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining forecast accuracy and inventory targets. Hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain planning within a global consumer products environment.
• Strong expertise in MRP/ERP systems, supply planning processes, and inventory management principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using SAP, Cognos Report Studio, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning for Footwear products.
• Manage procurement, purchase orders, and product availability across global teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and factory teams to ensure forecast accuracy and timely delivery.
• Identify risks, mitigate supply disruptions, and support special product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting to guide actionable planning decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory levels and cost.
