Acushnet Company invites applications for a Planning & Inventory Analyst to drive supply chain performance through demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and data-driven decision-making.

You will develop forecasts, optimize inventory, manage purchase orders, and balance cost with service while partnering across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to enable best-in-class product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; APICS/CPIM or other supply chain certs are a plus.
• 3+ years in demand planning, inventory management, procurement or analytics.
• Experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or seasonal products preferred.
• Strong forecasting, ERP/MRP, and Excel skills; SQL/Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for multiple product lines.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage purchase orders to balance cost and service.
• Support S&OP processes and product lifecycle planning.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing.
