Job summary

You will translate commercial insights into operational forecasts and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive accuracy and growth.

The role requires 6+ years in demand planning, hands-on experience with Connected Planning and o9, and a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
• Experience with advanced planning/connected planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling demand forecasts across item, customer, and location levels.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models with commercial intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales, shipments, seasonality, trends, and demand drivers.
• Incorporate promotions, launches, and lifecycle changes into forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and monitor forecast accuracy and bias.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methods and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align plans.
