Job summary

Fellowes Brands in Itasca, IL seeks a Senior Demand Planning Lead to own the S&OP process across Interiors. You will develop, maintain, and improve the statistical demand forecast, then partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Customer Experience, Operations, and Supply Chain to build an intelligent consensus forecast that supports business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, inventory planning, S&OP, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting and demand planning methodologies, with advanced Excel capability.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecast across multiple product families and SKUs.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate the S&OP process for three Interiors businesses.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for forecast performance and inventory health.
• Analyze forecast impacts on inventory, service levels, and cash flow.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and tools.
