Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems; experience with Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• IBP / S&OP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or consumer products preferred.
• Experience coaching or mentoring planning teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and improve high-quality demand forecasts using historical data.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, volatility, and stability across categories; identify root causes and lead corrective actions.
• Lead cross-category and portfolio-level consolidation to identify aggregate demand trends and opportunities.
• Lead Integrated Business Planning demand consensus discussions for assigned categories.
• Manage complex demand forecasting unit structures and lifecycle events, including new product introductions and phase-outs.
• Provide forward-looking analysis and recommendations to support enterprise decision-making.
