Job summary

Wella Company in Calabasas, CA, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Demand Planning to lead NA demand signals within a complex multi-brand portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning to build accurate forecasts, influence senior leaders, and drive S&OP processes across our brands.

The role requires strong analytics, advanced forecasting methods, and the ability to drive planning excellence with AI-enabled tools and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-channel org
• Experience leading a planning team of 4+ professionals
• Knowledge of SAP, Blue Yonder or similar forecasting tools
• Experience leading S&OP, demand review and senior leadership alignment
• Ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on forecast assumptions
• History of delivering KPIs using Excel, Office and AI-enabled tools
• Ability to build credibility across geographies with diverse teams
• Strong decision-making in ambiguous conditions

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP demand planning for NA divisions and present to leadership
• Influence partners across matrixed org with data-driven recommendations
• Serve as demand planning lead for a complex NA portfolio
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, CPFR and Supply Planning
• Drive demand planning for new product launches with executable cross-functional plans
• Anticipate supply/demand imbalances and develop mitigation plans
• Analyze forecast performance to improve accuracy and service levels
• Champion AI-enabled forecasting and digital planning solutions
• Develop talent and advance forecasting processes and tools
• Drive continuous improvement across planning governance and ways of working
