Job summary

Nature's Way in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead end-to-end demand planning for fast-moving consumer goods, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. You will supervise the demand planning team, standardize tools and data sources, and drive consensus forecasts while optimizing inventory and supply plans across the network.

The role requires strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience with S&OP and translating data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Subject matter expert in demand planning for fast-moving consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Operations Planning: Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate S&OP meetings.
• Enhanced Reporting: Prepare monthly S&OP reports for senior management with insights.
• Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop a consensus forecast with commercial teams.
• Supply/Production Planning/Inventory: Improve tools and insights to optimize the supply plan.
• Process Improvements: Define KPIs and pursue data-driven continuous improvement.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage direct reports including hiring and performance reviews.
