Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Planning experience in demand planning.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills; ability to model business problems.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maintains a Demand Plan for the business unit at multiple levels.
• Understands Demand Planning KPIs and targets.
• Improves Demand Plan accuracy and reduces forecast bias via root cause analysis.
• Utilizes Demand Planning systems to support exception-based management and drive improvements.
• Supports cross-functional Monthly Business Planning with timely preparation and follow-up actions.
• Recommends baseline forecast changes and defends CDP updates.
• Analyzes forecast assumptions from Marketing, Sales, and launches; assesses cannibalization impacts.
