Job summary

Nature's Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead the cross-functional S&OP process and drive demand, supply and financial planning alignment. You will oversee the demand planning team and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to optimize inventory and service levels.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in demand planning for consumer goods, deep analytics, and experience with network optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and cognitive abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• S&OP leadership and cross-functional facilitation.
• Develop and deliver enhanced demand planning reports for senior management.
• Lead forecasting efforts and coordinate with commercial teams.
• Improve supply, production planning and inventory management.
• Define KPIs and drive process improvements in S&OP.
• Supervise and develop the demand planning team.
