Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. You will lead demand planning, integrate forward-looking demand with supply and financial planning, and drive standardization of tools, data sources and templates.

The role requires strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration across a fast-moving consumer goods network. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in demand planning with expertise in S&OP, data analytics, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent is required.
8+ years of relevant work experience in demand planning or SCM.
Experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead Demand Planning and oversee the demand planning team.
Coordinate cross-functional S&OP processes with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Develop and standardize tools, data sources, and templates.
Prepare monthly S&OP reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and process improvements.
Supervise Associates, including hiring, planning, and performance reviews.
