Job summary

BIC World in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to lead the end-to-end demand planning for a $1B US business across multiple categories and 1,400+ SKUs.

You will drive the IBP/S&OP process, manage forecast accuracy and bias, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate market insights into actionable plans. The role demands strategic leadership and hands-on analytics in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading demand planning and IBP/S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly demand planning across U.S. categories.
• Own multi-horizon demand plans including AOP and long-range views.
• Drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and planning governance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate market insights into plans.
